  • How do I book an appointment?

  • How do I pay for my appointment?

    Both Debit and Visa transactions are accepted in store. Option to pay online if necessary. 

  • Can you bill directly to insurance?

    Direct billing is not accepted at this time. 

  • Are your services covered by insurance?

    Most insurance plans have coverage for Osteopathy. Our Osteopathic Manual Practitioners are members of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) which has the greatest insurance coverage in Canada. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The Cancellation policy requires patients to cancel and/or reschedule a booked appointment 24 hours prior to a given scheduled appointment. 
    Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment, and be billed as a “Missed Appointment/Not Reimbursable by Insurance.” The patient may not claim a missed appointment through their insurance plan.

  • Do you offer virtual and/or in-person appointments?

    All Osteopathy appointments will be completed in person. 
    All Health Coaching appointments will be completed virtually. 

  • Can I come to the clinic if I am having a medical emergency?

    If you are having a medical emergency, please either present yourself to the nearest emergency department or contact 911.
